Pending before the Court in the above referenced cause, alleging that DefendanVCounterclaim-Plaintiff FFD Resources II, LLC (“FFD2”) defaulted on five loans from Plaintiff/Counterclaim-Defendant Bancroft Life & Casualty ICC, Ltd.
