ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES UNDER 42 U.S.C. § 406(b)

On June 22, 2007, plaintiff Osvaldo Garcia filed a motion for attorney’s fees under 42 U.S.C. § 406(b), a supporting memorandum of points and authorities and the supporting declaration of his counsel, James P.
