This is an appeal from orders of the circuit court of Pulaski County denying defendant’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus and an amended post-conviction petition after an evidentiary hearing.

The defendant was charged with the offense of murder, and pleaded guilty on an information, after waiving indictment, and was sentenced to 14 to 20 years in the penitentiary. The defendant subsequently filed a petition seeking habeas corpus relief, which was denied. The defendant then filed the amended post-conviction petition.
