Plaintiff, Drue Floy Cunningham, obtained a judgment, based upon a verdict of the jury returned in the Circuit Court of Wood County, against the defendant, The Park-ersburg Coca-Cola Bottling Company, for $3,000.00, for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff, and alleged to have been the proximate result of negligence of defendant in delivering unto the grocery store of the husband of plaintiff, where plaintiff was employed, a defective paper board carton containing six bottles of Coca-Cola.
