Affirming.
The suit below was instituted by tbe T. M. Crutcher Laboratory, hereafter called laboratory, by Kenneth Young a minority stockholder, suing for the corporation and in his own behalf as a stockholder. Young died dur ing litigation and suit was revived in the name of the administratrix. Defendants were Dr. Crutcher, T. M. Crutcher Dental Depot, referred to later as depot, and other laboratory stockholders.
The laboratory was incorporated in 1926, with an authorized stock of 250 shares of $100 par value. Dr. Crutcher held 126 shares, and…
