In an action upon an insurance policy covering an automobile and indemnifying the owner from loss by fire plaintiff recovered and defendant appeals.

The policy was issued December 6 and the car was destroyed by fire on December 28, 1920. The defense relied upon was concealment or misrepresentation in writing concerning material facts.
