This is a review of a referee’s order dated November 10, 1916, which, so far as necessary to be stated, adjudged that a transfer of book accounts, made by Gottlieb & Co. (a New Jersey corporation, hereinafter called the bankrupt) to Adolph M. Rosenberg, on December 7, 1915, was fraudulent, constituted a preference, and was void against the trustee.
