The Schuylkill Trust Company, located in Pottsville, appeals from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County affirming a resettlement of an account for tax on shares of capital stock of the corporation made by the board of finance and revenue for the year 1930. The tax in question was levied under authority of the Act of June 13, 1907, P. L. 640, as last amended by the Act of April 25, 1929, P.
