Appeals (1) from a judgment and an amended judgment of the Supreme Court (White, J.), entered September 21, 1989 and January 9, 1990 in Montgomery County, upon a *851verdict rendered in favor of defendants, and (2) from an order of said court, entered November 14, 1989 in Montgomery County, which denied plaintiffs motion to set aside the verdict.
