In its earlier decision in this case, the court after trial found that defendants Louis Gherlone Excavating, Inc., Louis Gherlone and Linda Gherlone were indebted to plaintiff Astro Oil in the amount of $23,382.32 plus interest as reimbursement for the payment of sales tax on fuel oil.
