Doctors William E. Code and Wálter A. Code and Ben E. Dyer brought suit against the Williamsburg City Fire Insurance Company on a policy of insurance covering certain personal property. The case was tried before the court without a jury and there was a finding in favor of the plaintiffs for $1,064.38. Pending the motion for a new trial, plaintiffs assigned their interest in the suit to appellee Greorge E. Dierssen.
