PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
BOHANON, Chief Judge.
The complaint in this case was filed on May 21, 1970 and the attorneys for the defendants accepted service of the complaint and entered their appearance on the same day.
The parties, through their counsel, appeared before the court on May 21, 1970, upon plaintiffs’ request for a Temporary Restraining Order.
