This adversary proceeding came on for hearing before the Court on November 7, 1995 on a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed by the New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation and on a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the plaintiffidebtor, John Stephen Flynn, both motions relating to plaintiffs Amended Complaint to Determine the Dischargeability of Student Loan Debts pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8).
