FORD, District Judge., Defendant moves to dismiss these criminal indictments charging him individually and as treasurer of Lanes Furniture Co., Inc., with income tax evasion, on the ground that during the pre-indictment investigation, there was a- violation of defendant’s rights under the Fifth and Sixth Amendments to the Constitution.
