On February 28, 1934, William L. O’Connell, as receiver of the Aledo State Bank, filed a complaint in chancery, in aid of execution, in the circuit court of Mercer county, Illinois, against Samuel T. Nelson et al. In this complaint is was alleged that said receiver had previously recovered a judgment against said Samuel T, Nelson, in the circuit court of Mercer county, Illinois, on November 24,1933, to the amount of $8,322.64 and costs; that previous to the rendition of said judgment said Nelson had conveyed a large amount of real…
