In these pending proceedings the petitioners, aunts, uncles and paternal and maternal grandparents, have all filed petitions for varying reasons, viz., to enter military service free of custody of their child,2 to obtain Social Security benefits, to enter a child into school,3 to acquire insurance coverage, or to have authority to sign for possible medical service at some future date.
