{¶ 1} James Bellamy appeals from an order of the Champaign County Court of Common Pleas, denying his motion for resentencing. For the following reasons, the judgment will be affirmed.

{¶ 2} In July 2006, Bellamy pleaded guilty to one- count of forgery and one count of misuse of a credit card. The trial court sentenced him to three years in prison on each count, to be served concurrently with each other and concurrently with a one-year sentence Bellamy had received in Clark County.
