This is an appeal by defendant, Tamapa Corporation, from a judgment entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County. The case originated when the parties instituted an amicable action in assumpsit in order to resolve a controversy between them concerning the construction to be given a real estate instrument containing both an option to purchase at a specified price, and a first refusal option to purchase at an unspecified price, if, at some future time, it was offered by a third party.
