PRICE, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal by Ernest Jones from a summary judgment entered on the motion of Ray W. Willoughby, the defendant in the cause. Ernest Jones and wife will be hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs and Ray W. Willoughby as defendant. It was a suit in trespass to' try title and to set aside a judgment of foreclosure on account of inadequacy of description of the land involved.
