These are motions to dismiss the complaint, made at the conclusion of the plaintiff’s evidence and renewed after all the evidence was in, upon which decision was reserved, and to set aside a verdict recovered by the plaintiff in an action for personal injuries allegedly suffered as a consequence of the negligence of the defendants ’ employee.
