This appeal arises out of an action filed by plaintiffs Donzil Houpt, Eric Houpt, Dawn Houpt Jesberg and Darin Houpt (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Plaintiffs”) in August 2003 to partition a 168-acre farm located in McDonald County, Missouri. For purposes of this appeal, the defendants in the partition action were Leo Houpt; Donald Houpt; William E.
