The defendant appeals from his conviction of violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act (possession with intent to distribute cocaine).

The trial judge did not abuse his discretion, in the pre-trial motion to suppress, in disallowing cross examination of a police officer as to when his informant (an informer) had said he was in the appellant’s apartment, which cross examination was for the stated purpose of attacking the officer’s credibility and the informer’s reliability.
