Robert King was found guilty in a non-jury trial of the offense of armed robbery and was sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of 5 to 15 years. He contends that his guilt was not proved beyond a reasonable doubt and that his sentence was excessive.

Arnold Nasby, a route salesman for the Centennial Laundry, testified that about 6 a.m. on July 11, 1973, he was walking out of a customer location at 238 North Pine Street in Chicago when an automobile containing three youths stopped, about 25 feet from him.
