Evans, Judge.
Bekins Van Lines Co., a Nebraska corporation, as a common carrier, filed suit to recover certain transportation charges against Robert S. Barlow, in moving his furniture from Georgia to Massachusetts. The defendant answered, denying the material averments of the complaint, and denying that he owed the plaintiff anything.
