ENTRY ON APPEAL FROM THE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT

Presently pending before the Court is an appeal by Aaron and Stephanie Muir. [Filing No. 1.] The Muirs appeal the Bankruptcy Court’s January 16, 2014 Order finding that 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(3)(B) applied to a claim asserted by Appellees Matthew and Tara McWilliams in Indiana state court such that the Bankruptcy Court and the Indiana state court had concurrent jurisdiction to determine whether the debt was dischargeable.
