PRICE, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Cameron County, Texas, sustaining an exception to plaintiff’s petition and, upon plaintiff declining to amend, dismissing her action.
Plaintiff’s asserted cause of action was in the nature of an action of trespass to try title. A title emanating from the Republic of Mexico was claimed, and also a title by limitation under the law of Mexico.
