OPINION OF THE COURT

William Alford appeals from his convictions of first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse, for which he received a total sentence of life imprisonment. He appeals to this Court as a matter of right.1 *243The extensive use of inadmissible hearsay requires we reverse and remand for a new trial.
