| ^Defendant, Latour Turner, appeals the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress the evidence under State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

Defendant was charged in a bill of information with possession of a handgun while in possession of marijuana in violation of La. R.S. 14:95(E) (count one), two counts of possession with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of La.
