BALDWIN, Judge.

This appeal is from the Patent Office Board of Appeals decision affirming the examiner’s rejection of claims 1-4, all of the claims in appellants’ application, 1 as unpatentable over Goldman et al., 2 taken alone, or in view of either Winter 3 or Panconis et al., 4 under 35 U.S.C. § 103.

THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a heat-shrinkable, seamless polyethylene terephthalate tubular foil, as well as the process for its manufacture, and is reflected in appealed claims 1 through 4 which read:
