In a dispute between two used car dealers, we determine whether (1) the trial court properly modified its dismissal order to reflect the parties’.-settlement agreement, (2) our court- has appellate jurisdiction over an. attorney’s challenge to the trial court’s monetary - sanction assessed against him, individually, and should permit the attorney’s amended-notice of appeal, and (3) the trial, court acted within its discretion in assessing the sanction.
