Before the Court is Petitioner's pro se Motion for Compassionate Release. (Doc. 201). Petitioner moves this Court for an order releasing him from his term of imprisonment under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c) as amended by Section 603(b) of the First Step Act. Under § 3582(c), prisoners may file a motion for compassionate release if they can demonstrate they have exhausted their remedies within the BOP.
