Reversing.

On August 10, 1916, appellant and appellees entered into a written contract by wbicb appellees agreed to sell and convey to appellant a farm of about 150 acres in pidbam county at $50.00 per acre, tbe purchase price to be paid in cash after a survey and when tbe deed was made to bim, provided tbe title was approved by a named attorney.

After tbe land bad been surveyed and tbe deed prepared in accordance with the contract, it was discovered by tbe attorney who examined the title, that there was a possibility that another than the grantors in tbe deed…
