This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, Nieuwendorp v. American Family Ins. Co., 181 Wis. 2d 259, 510 N.W.2d 779 (Ct. App. 1993), which reversed the judgment of the circuit court for Oneida County, Robert E. Kinney, Circuit Judge. The judgment of the circuit court, entered on a jury's verdict, awarded plaintiff Judy L.
