*379 Heron Bay Acquisitions, Inc., (plaintiff) appeals from judgment entered on plaintiff's claims against United Metal Finishing, Inc., Claude Church, and Catherine Church (defendants). Plaintiff also appeals from pretrial orders granting partial summary judgment for defendants and granting defendants' motion in limine to exclude certain evidence.
