BECK, District Judge.

This is a petition by the plaintiff, hereinafter referred to as the Tribe, to vacate, set aside and permanently enjoin enforcement of a judgment entered on May 8, 1961, in the case of the United States of America, Plaintiff, vs 640.10 acres of land, more or less, situate in Stanley and Dewey Counties, State of South Dakota, and Peter Hiatt, et al., and *912Unknown Owners, Defendants, Civil No. 274 C.D., District of South Dakota.
