The appellees, Maude Conkwright and her husband, brought this action, in the Clark circuit court, to enforce the specific performance of a contract, in writing, for the sale of a tract of land, situated in Clark county. The appellees executed and offered to deliver to the appellants, T. W. Brock and W. H. Brock, in accordance with the contract, a deed with clause of general warranty, purporting to convey to the appellants fee simple title to the land’s, in controversy.
