Thelma Robinson, the widow of Richard Robinson, and Tina Robinson and Susan Robinson Little, Mr. Robinson’s daughters, appeal the summary judgment of the circuit court for the respondents, Phyllis Hawkins (Hawkins) and Charles and Frances Walton (the Waltons), on their claims for damages for wrongful death, pled on the alternate theories of negligence and public nuisance.
