In this case Salina Jacobs and Homer Jones, Frank Jones and Martha Jones, minors, by Eastman Richard, guardian, hereinafter called plaintiffs, brought suit in the district court of M'clntosh county, Okla., September 16, 1919. against E. L. Graves, Tim Wood, and Alex Wacoche, hereinafter called defendants, to cancel certain deeds of record and to quiet title in and to the N.
