ACCELERATED DOCKET ORDER

The Appellant has appealed to this Court from the revocation of the remaining portion of his suspended sentence in Case No. CF-91-386 in the District Court of Payne County. In that case, Appellant entered a plea of guilty and was convicted of Burglary in the Second Degree, After Former Conviction of One Felony. He was sentenced to a term of ten (10) years, with the sentence suspended under rules and conditions of probation.…
