A judgment of the Equity Term of Onondaga county canceling and setting aside a contract heretofore entered into by the parties and modifying a judgment of absolute divorce between them so as to provide for the payment to plaintiff of $100 per month, as permanent alimony, commencing November 1, 1924, was unanimously affirmed in this court, without opinion, March-1 14, 1928. (223 App. Div. 810.)
