In this appeal the plaintiff, Family Savings and Loan, Inc., a corporation, sometimes hereinafter referred to as Family Savings, seeks a reversal of a final judgment of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County which denied an appeal from the Common Pleas Court of said county, holding that the judgment of that court was plainly right.
