OWEN, Circuit Judge:
Pablo Cordero challenges his conviction and sentence for unlawful possession of a firearm, claiming (1) evidence was seized pursuant to a search warrant issued without probable cause; (2) he was entitled to an acceptance-of-responsibility reduction at sentencing; and (3) the district court violated United States v. Booker 1 by enhancing his sentence based on a judicial determination that he committed the instant offense while on probation. We reject these arguments, with one exception.
