By’ this proceeding appellee obtained a writ of mandamus against appellant, Texas Employers’ Insurance Association, compelling it to issue a policy of insurance in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act of Texas (Vernon’s Ann. Civ. St. 1926, arts. 8306-8309), covering appellee’s employees engaged in the business of shooting oil wells by the use of dynamite, nitroglycerine, and other high explosives.
