Samuel Coy Haagensen appeals his conviction by a jury for delivery of less than one gram of methamphetamine. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. §§ 481.102, 481.112 (Vernon 2010). After obtaining a search warrant for Haagensen’s residence, Officer Leigh Foreman was contacted by a confidential informant who advised he could make a methamphetamine purchase from Haagensen.
