This is an action of ejectment brought by appellant, as plaintiff in the court below, against appellees, to recover possession of the northeast quarter of section 5, township 1 north, range 3 east, Gila and Salt River meridian. The answer was “Not guilty” and facts in estoppel hereafter set out. In stating the ease, I shall endeavor to set out briefly all the facts necessary to fairly present the issues of law and fact.
