Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Guzman, J.), rendered July 26, 2006, convicting him of burglary in the third degree, petit larceny, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant’s contention, the trial court properly denied his motion for a mistrial based on the admission of a surveillance video that was slightly different from the version given to the defense prior to trial. The defendant failed to show that he was prejudiced in his defense by…
