The petitioner appeals from the court’s denial of his writ of habeas corpus. He challenges the court’s rejection of his claim of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. He also alleges that the habeas court was incorrect in failing to conclude that there had been ineffective assistance of appellate counsel.1
