In this suit for personal injuries the plaintiff appeals from the action of the trial court in directing a verdict in favor of the defendant at the conclusion of plaintiff’s evidence.

This action was brought by the appellant against the appellee for injuries appellant claims to have sustained as a result of some Coca-Cola cases falling over and hurling bottles on the appellant, one of which broke and cut her foot.
