Introduction
On August 31, 2018, the chapter 71 Trustee, Noah G. Hillen ("Trustee"), filed an objection to debtors' Larry Wayne Leach and Merinda Anne Leach ("Debtors") claim of exemption. Dkt. No. 25. The Debtors responded to the objection, and on October 30, 2018, the Court conducted an evidentiary hearing at which evidence, testimony, and argument were presented. Thereafter, the Court took the objection under advisement.
