Robert J. Romanick (Romanick) appeals from the Schuylkill County Court of Common Pleas’ (trial court) August 9, 2012 order affirming the Rush Township (Township) Board of Supervisors’ (Supervisors) decision and entering judgment in favor of the Township and the Supervisors.
